Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

1. Shipping costs (including VAT)

Free shipping within Germany.
Shipping costs to other European countries and to Switzerland:
- Post letter shipping/ 4,10 € postage
- DHL package shipping / 13,00 € postage
- Free shipping from an order value of 75.00 Euro.

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart/checkout according to the selected products and the delivery country.

2. Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-10 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 3-10 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instructions).
Please note that no delivery will occur on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.

3. Terms of payment

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:
– Prepayment by bank transfer
– Payment by PayPal

For deliveries abroad, you have the following payment options:
– Prepayment by bank transfer
– Payment by PayPal

Important note: If the delivery takes place into the non-EU countries, other customs duties, taxes or fees may be paid by the customer – not to the seller, but to the customs and tax authorities in the destination country. The customer is advised to check the details before ordering by contacting the customs and tax authorities in the destination country.
